That's a RAP(S)!

For our last RAPS session at Apollo our students watched Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children and celebrated with homemade treats! The majority of our students chose this novel to read, so watching the new release of the film together was very exciting. Most students finished their novels, and have begun reading their books of choice provided by the RAPS program. This was very encouraging to see! Over the last few weeks our students have been working on book trailers and book posters to present to the Mayor; they were very excited for this opportunity as well! Parker and I have very much appreciated our time at RAPS, and have loved working with Apollo Middle School.  Here is a photo to capture our last RAPS session!
